1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to Stryve AI Labs ("Stryve AI", "we", "us", or "our") and covers our website at https://trystryve.com and our AI-powered marketing and revenue generation platform (collectively, the "Service").

We are headquartered at DIFC Innovation One – Dubai AI Campus, Level 3, Unit IH-00-01-03-OF-05, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account & Business Information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address, and business type when you create an account or request a demo.
  • Payment Information: Credit or debit card details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
  • Campaign Content: Ad copy, images, targeting parameters, and other materials you upload to generate and manage advertising campaigns.
  • Communications: Messages, support tickets, and feedback you submit to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, referring URLs, and interaction events within the platform.
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and time zone.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): When you connect your Meta ad accounts, we receive ad account IDs, campaign performance metrics, page access tokens (stored encrypted), and audience data necessary to manage your campaigns.
  • Lead Data: Contact details of leads generated through your campaigns (name, phone, email, and service inquiry), which we process on your behalf as a data processor.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and provide the Service.
  • Generate, publish, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf on Meta platforms.
  • Operate our AI nurturing agent to call, qualify, and book leads generated by your campaigns.
  • Process payments and send billing communications via Stripe.
  • Send transactional emails (account alerts, lead notifications, campaign reports) via SendGrid.
  • Analyse platform usage to improve features, fix bugs, and develop new functionality.
  • Send marketing communications about Stryve AI products and updates, subject to your preferences and applicable law.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Legal basis (GDPR): We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (marketing emails), and legal obligation (tax and regulatory compliance).

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with the following third-party platforms. Their use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies, which we link below.

4.1 Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

We use the Meta Marketing API and Meta Pixel as part of the Service. Specifically:

  • We install the Meta Pixel on your behalf to measure ad conversions and build retargeting audiences. The Pixel may collect browser cookie data, IP address, and user behaviour on your website.
  • We use Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Lead Ads to help you reach relevant users. Lead form submissions are transmitted to Stryve AI securely via the Meta Graph API.
  • Data shared with Meta is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. Users may opt out of interest-based advertising via Facebook Ad Settings.

4.2 Google

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised data about visits, traffic sources, and user behaviour. We have enabled IP anonymisation. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you connect Google services in future integrations, we will update this section accordingly. Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4.3 Stripe (Payments)

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and stores your payment card data. We receive only a tokenised reference. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4.4 OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to generate ad copy, scripts, and other creative content. Prompts may include campaign goals and general business context, but we do not send personally identifiable information of end users to OpenAI. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy.

4.5 SendGrid (Email)

Transactional and marketing emails are sent via Twilio SendGrid. Your email address is shared with SendGrid solely to deliver communications. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (web beacons, pixels) to improve functionality, measure performance, and personalise your experience.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors (Stripe, SendGrid, OpenAI, hosting providers) who process data strictly on our behalf under data processing agreements.
  • Meta & Google: As described in Section 4, to run and measure advertising campaigns.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Stryve AI, our users, or the public.
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

  • Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days to facilitate account reactivation.
  • Campaign and lead data is retained for 12 months after account closure, then permanently deleted or anonymised.
  • Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
  • Server logs are retained for 90 days for security monitoring, then deleted.

You may request earlier deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data. We honour these rights for all users globally.

Access

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Rectification

Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Erasure

Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

Portability

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Restriction

Ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.

Objection

Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@trystryve.com. We will respond within 30 days (or within the timeframe required by applicable law). We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, email privacy@trystryve.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for business owners and marketing professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (using the address associated with your account) and by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will include a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
